High Velocity Entertainment provides interactive Mobile DJ Music entertainment, Emcee services and photography for ANY TYPE OF PARTY!
We seek to provide a simple and transparent pricing schedule with no hidden charges. For example, we do not charge for consultations, set/breakdown or travel time within Pinellas County.
$150 per hour (3 hr min.)
Includes unlimited pre-wedding consultations and an interactive DJ/Master of Ceremonies for the duration of your reception (cocktail hour plus reception). It is our policy to book only one wedding reception per day so that we will never be in a rush to leave.
Your wedding reception is a once in a lifetime event. You have probably envisioned your wedding from the first time you heard the words, "and they lived happily ever after." Planning your wedding, however, can be far from a fairy tale experience due to the myriad of details involved in each aspect of the ceremony and reception. High Velocity Entertainment is here to help.
We have been part of hundreds of successful wedding receptions. In fact, weddings are 80% of our business. We understand that entertainment will be the single most remembered aspect of your reception. DJ Christina will listen to you and your personal vision for your reception. Receptions are not cookie-cutter events. She will blend your vision with her years of expertise.
You get non-stop music all played from a digital source on a professional sound system. DJ Christina is trained to read a crowd to keep the party energized. She will also take requests from you and your guests if you prefer. This keeps the action going, unlike bands who need to take breaks during your reception. Of course, you pay a fraction of the price with High Velocity Entertainment. You'll get all your favorite music performed by the original artists. With a wide variety of musical styles to choose from, we'll customize your music to please you and all your guests to ensure that your reception is a hit. We also act as your coordinator and emcee, helping with all of the announcements for the event. We go into every event with an itinerary mapped out ahead of time of what traditions we'll do and when. One detail we pride ourselves on is our professionalism. We will never drink at your event. What if you need something during the dinner hour? We won't "disappear" for an hour and let music play jukebox-like. We dress appropriately for every occasion. We provide you a classy, sharp, professional emcee who will turn your elegant function into a rockin' party.
Of course, we bring some personality to your event, too. We are, however, not known as clowns or game-show hosts. We like to be professional, but fun. We'll interact with your group, but only to the degree you want. At some point in this shopping stage, we recommend you interview us one-on-one to see if our personalities "click."
People don't come to your reception to see us. We are not the show. We are there to play music and handle the announcements and flow of the event. Whether you like it or not, you are the show. Your guests have come to see you and your families and celebrate your wedding. We will work with you to keep you comfortable in the spotlight. We just want people to walk out of your reception saying, "Wow, what a great party." Then, when they need a DJ, they'll call you for a referral.

The key thing to remember when shopping for the right DJ and music for the above events is to find a professional who can mix and match their style and music to make the event a success.
With our experience and entertainment savvy, we know just when to lift the crowd up or slow it down. We know what to play and when. We know a 13 year old's birthday party calls for a different selection of music than a couple's 50th wedding anniversary. We'll mix and match the music to the events needs and flavor. Following are a few of the many themed events we offer: Halloween, formal or tuxedo attire, Hawaiian beach, and many more.
It may sound like common sense, but we consider and take care of all the elements that make your special event a success, such as: music requests; traditions; other professionals and their needs; and food that has to be served hot and at a particular time.
We wear many hats sometimes. Of course, we play music. We also act as an emcee, announcer and coordinator to help with the flow of the event and all of it's announcements. We pay careful attention to the lighting and surroundings to help create the ideal atmosphere. On occasion, we provide lighting. Most importantly, with a "game plan" mapped out prior to your event, we'll coordinate the sequence of events and clue the other key pros into what's coming up and when.

We entertain for holiday parties, grand openings, seminars, convention groups, customer appreciation days, fundraisers, fashion shows, auctions and much more.
Our clients seek experienced, professional and reliable entertainment they can count on. They trust us to step into an event, read the crowd and provide the perfect mix to help make the evening flow. We welcome each company's input on the music style for their event, and are open to taking requests that helps keep people dancing all night long.
Corporate and independent business events vary in their DJ and music needs and styles. You may need a microphone for a speaker. Do you need an emcee or announcer? Do you need simple and soft background cocktail or dinner music? As the party kicks in, will you need us to motivate your guests to dance or will we just play a wide variety of party and dance music? We wear different hats for different occasions. Your event deserves a professional entertainer who can dial the charm and personality up and down to your specific needs. This is what we do, as experienced professionals.
We can emcee and handle announcements, giveaways and contests. We won't, however, be overly chatty, clownish or suddenly do goofy, standup comedy routines. Occasionally, a company or group have their own spokesperson or emcee to handle the microphone duties. That’s no problem at all. Even if the boss wants to give a quick speech to the troops, they’re welcome to use our microphone. We provide a professional disc jockey sound system tailored to the size and nature of your event. High Velocity Entertainment has the appropriate sound and lighting equipment to exceed your expectations for any size group.
You can pick the music styles for your event ahead of time. High Velocity Entertainment maintains a master music library of over 42,000 titles from every era from the Big Band age to today's latest hits.
$75 per hour (3 hr min.)
High Velocity Entertainment offers an Emcee Only package for those that just need someone to "host" their event. If you are looking for someone to help "prepare the crowd" or to make sure your event sponsors get the correct recognition, contact us today.

If lighting is needed, we will bring along colored spot lights, interactive rotating dance lights, lasers, fog machine, electronic mirror ball and more.
Wedding Ceremony Music
$150 (for onsite at reception site only)
High Velocity Entertainment can provide music for your wedding ceremony itself. This includes playing music as guests arrive, for the processional, during the ceremony (e.g., candle lighting) and for the recessional. The officiate is also welcome to use our wireless mic.
We require a non refundable 50% deposit to reserve your special day. The balance is due on the day of your event. Our accepted methods of payment are cash, check or charge. A 3% convenience fee will be added onto credit card payments.
